    • Adi Kailash Yatra by Helicopter: Once you reach Pithoragarh, you can take a helicopter from the Helipad and go to Gunji by air, which serves as a base for both Adi Kailash and Om Parvat visit.
  • By Rail: The closest railhead is Tanakpur Railway Station, situated at a distance of approximately 239 km from Pithoragarh.
  • By Road: Regular buses operate to Kumaon regions such as Tanakpur and Champawat from Tanakpur Railway Station. From these points, public transport or local taxis can be used to reach Dharchula.

Adi Kailash Trek

Adi Kailash trek is a moderate difficulty level trek that can be undertaken by those who are physically fit. However, since it is a high-altitude trek, from as low as 8,000 ft altitude you can start getting mountain sickness. Kutti Village is considered to be the starting point of the Adi Kailash trek. The trek gives pilgrims a chance to witness the snowy peaks of Annapurna, the dense forest, the gurgling Kali River, Narayan Ashram, several waterfalls, and unique flora and fauna. The trek covers approximately 95 kilometres distance round trip including the trekking distance to Adi Kailash from Dharchula and back.
