1. Booking and Compliance

Passengers are required to provide accurate and timely information to Udan Aviation for booking purposes.
It is the responsibility of passengers to ensure compliance with all relevant travel regulations, including possession of valid travel documents and adherence to customs and immigration requirements.

2. Booking Charges

All bookings are subject to minimum flight time charges, with additional charges applicable for non-flying days.
Flying hour charges encompass various expenses including but not limited to aircraft fuel, oil, maintenance, landing and parking fees, in-flight meals, navigation fees, and dispatch costs.

3. Additional Charges

Ground handling service charges, extension of watch hours (if applicable), and day detention charges are applicable as per the booking agreement.
Night halt charges, taxes, and any other statutory charges imposed by regulatory authorities or airport authorities are to be borne by the passenger.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges are levied based on the timing of cancellation:
10% of flight preparation charges for cancellations due to force majeure.
25% if cancellation occurs 6 days prior to scheduled departure.
50% if cancellation occurs less than 6 days but more than 72 hours prior to scheduled departure.
100% of total invoice value for cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to scheduled departure.
Changes or modifications to the flight program requested by the customer after commencement may be subject to last-minute cancellation fees.

5. Weather and Operational Issues

In the event of sudden weather deterioration en-route or at the destination leading to flight diversion or return to the starting point, additional charges may apply.
Udan Aviation shall not be liable for delays or failures to fulfill obligations arising from causes beyond its control, including but not limited to bad weather, poor visibility, or non-availability of clearances from aviation authorities.

6. On-board Regulations

Udan Aviation strictly prohibits the consumption of alcoholic beverages on board domestic flights and smoking is prohibited on all flights.
Passengers are required to adhere to check-in timings specified by Udan Aviation to complete necessary formalities before boarding.

7. Security Regulations

Passengers are advised to adhere to security regulations and guidelines provided by Udan Aviation, including restrictions on carrying prohibited items and declaration of any arms or explosives.
Certain items such as battery cells, dry cells, or electronic/electrical items may be subject to removal by airline authorities.

8. Company's Rights

Udan Aviation reserves the right to cancel, delay, or alter the commencement or continuation of flights, change stopping places, or deviate from planned routes without incurring any liability to passengers.
The company may refuse carriage to any person deemed unfit to travel or who may pose risks to the aircraft or other passengers.

9. Limitation of Liability

Udan Aviation assumes limited liability for loss, delay, or damage to baggage and personal injury or death of passengers, as outlined in the respective domestic and international travel limitations.

10. Force Majeure

Udan Aviation shall not be held responsible for non-operation of flights due to unforeseen circumstances such as acts of terrorism, natural disasters, or regulatory actions beyond its control.

11. Declaration

While Udan Aviation endeavors to provide uninterrupted services, it shall not be held responsible for flight cancellations, delays, or alterations due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances.
The company reserves the right to make necessary decisions to ensure the safety and efficiency of operations.
