Day 1 Lucknow to Nepalgunj

Today you’ll start the sacred Kailash Mansarovar Yatra. You will picked up from Lucknow Hotel. In a private vehicle, you will drive to Nepalgunj from Lucknow. After the four to five-hour drive, you’ll have a tasty lunch at Nepalgunj. After lunch, you’ll visit Bageshwari Temple which is a Shakti Peeth and the oldest temple of Nepalgunj. In the evening you will be briefed at your hotel. After the briefing session, you will have a luscious dinner and then you will have an overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 2 Kailash Aerial Darshan

Have a delicious breakfast in the morning and then you will head to Nepalgunj Airport. From the airport, you will start your sacred journey by flight for the Holy Mount Kailash Darshan. The flight duration is around one hour. Throughout the journey, you can hear the chanting of Bhajans and Shiv Chalisa. Panditji will be available to chant the mantras as you have Mount Kailash’s darshan from your window seats. You will also see the Holy Lake Mansarovar with the most auspicious South face along with the East side of Kailash’s rare view. During the auspicious flight yatra, you’ll also get a chance to witness Nepal’s other popular mountain peaks such as Mount Saipal, Mount API, Nampha, etc. After the darshan, you will head back to Nepalgunj and you will have an overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 5 Departure to Lucknow

After a hearty breakfast, you’ll embark on a scenic drive to Lucknow. It will take around four to five hours to reach Lucknow. After reaching Lucknow you will head to your home destination on your own taking back the happy memories of this sacred yatra.

Yes, Indian citizens must have a valid passport and visa to visit Mt. Kailash & Lake Mansarovar because they will have to travel to the Tibet Autonomous Region (TAR) which falls in China. A valid passport and travel permit to visit TAR and a China group travel visa are needed for this pilgrimage.
